Odys Blue Ocean is the growth business unit of Odys Global and the name of its family of growth services. Each service grew out of the same research into how search engines and AI assistants decide what to show, and each is built for one channel: a place where demand already exists, but where competitors have not yet learned to compete. Every service lives on its own site. This page is the complete list, kept current as the family grows.

The Blue Ocean Websites
TheBlueOceanWebsites.com, this site. We buy or lease-to-own the websites of former real businesses, then take over the site, keep it online and look after it. We work with closed ecommerce and Shopify stores, shut-down apps, SaaS products and startups, closed or sold local businesses and former news publishers. For an owner, it replaces an asset that costs money every year and slowly loses what it earned with a monthly income or a sale.
The offer to owners is simple. Lease-to-own is preferred, typically roughly $300 to $500 a month per site, paid monthly until the agreed price is paid in full. An outright sale for cash is possible for the right asset, and the monthly route pays a higher total than our cash offer. We take over hosting, renewals and upkeep from day one, and there is always a written agreement before any transfer.
We look for websites that are still indexed on Google, get at least 500 monthly organic visits as estimated by Ahrefs, have at least two or three strong authority links, still rank for some of their brand keywords, and can be transferred by their owner. We do not buy parked, expired or dropped domains, domains with no content, hobby blogs with no business behind them, or penalized or hacked sites. The checks and the three possible outcomes are set out on how we evaluate a website, and you can run a quick self-assessment with the free website value check.
How the family works together
The services share one measurement culture: a clear baseline before, the same measurement after, and results the other side can verify for themselves. They share one commercial posture: done-for-you, written terms, and a call where we say plainly if your situation is not a fit. And they share one origin, close to twenty years of research and development at Odys Global into how search engines and AI assistants decide what to show.
For website owners, that culture shows up as plain answers. If your site meets the minimums, we make an offer. If it is close, we tell you what is missing. If it is not a fit, we say so and explain why, which is often useful on its own when you are deciding whether to sell, lease or let the site expire.
Where to start
If you are on this site, your question is probably about a website you no longer run. The guide to what a dormant website is still worth is a good first read. When you are ready, send us your site for a free valuation using the short form on the homepage.
Frequently asked questions
Is The Blue Ocean Websites a separate company from Odys Blue Ocean?
No. The Blue Ocean Websites is one service inside Odys Blue Ocean, which is a business unit of Odys Global, a holding company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. Each service in the family has its own site and its own offer, but they share one team, one origin in close to twenty years of research and development, and one way of working with clients and owners.
Do I need to use another Blue Ocean service to lease my website to you?
No. If you own the website of a former business, The Blue Ocean Websites deals with you directly and nothing else is required. The other services in the family are for businesses that want to grow in a specific channel, such as Google Autocomplete or ChatGPT recommendations. Owners leasing or selling a website do not need any of them.
Why does the Blue Ocean family keep growing?
Because the services come out of research and development, not out of a catalog. A channel is tested, measured and made repeatable first, and only then offered as a service with its own site. When a new service is released it is added to this page, so the list here is the current one.
Where do I start if I am not sure which service fits?
Start with what you have and what you want. If you hold the website of a business you no longer run, this site is the right place, and the homepage form is the first step. If you run a business and want buyers to find you, the services above are organized by channel, and each site explains who it is for.
Find out what your website is worth before it expires.
Send us the site in about a minute. We check index status, organic traffic, authority links and history, then come back with a cash offer, a monthly lease-to-own option, or a plain no.
